Schedule blood drawings and lab services online by clicking HERE or calling (631) 396-6400 Mondays through Fridays from 8 am to 5 pm. Appointments are encouraged and appreciated. Walk-ins are welcome at all locations but may experience waiting.
You can also schedule an appointment by emailing: SBSH_PatientAccessCallCenter@stonybrookmedicine.edu and faxing your physician's prescription to the correct lab (scroll down for fax numbers by location). Once your appointment is scheduled, a Patient Access Team Member will call to confirm the appointment and pre-register you via phone. It is necessary to register prior to your appointment. Patient Access will also provide you with details about your upcoming visit, including reviewing Hospital guidelines to ensure your visit is safe and comfortable. If a Pre-Registration representative is unable to reach you via phone, you can also save time and bring our registration form with you on the day of your appointment.
