Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

The medically supervised program is designed to improve your cardiovascular health if you have experienced a heart attack or congestive heart failure, have had open-heart surgery for valve or vessel repair/replacement, or have had angioplasty or stenting. Cardiac rehabilitation is an important step in improving one's quality of life following a cardiac incident. Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

Our program combines exercise and education to help people with chronic lung diseases live and breathe better.
The comprehensive lifestyle modification program safely gets patients back to a higher level of function through exercise, weight training, stress management, and nutritional counseling. Each patient is monitored via a telemetry (heart monitoring) system. Our Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department now offers Supervised Exercise Therapy for those living with Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD).
