On February 2, 2026, Westhampton Primary Care joins the Stony Brook Medicine MyHealtheLife Patient Portal allowing you to view your Westhampton Primary Care's lab results, medications and more in the Stony Brook Medicine My Healthelife Patient Portal.
To enroll in the Stony Brook Medicine em>MyHealtheLife Patient Portal visit: stonybrook.info/patientportal-sbm.
If you are already enrolled in the MyHealtheLife Patient Portal, you do not need to re-enroll.
If you received care from Westhampton Primary Care before February 2, 2026, and were enrolled in the Westhampton Primary Care's patient portal, you can view those records here: https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/westhamptonprimarycarecenter-27707/portal/#/user/login until July 2, 2026 when that portal will be permanently closed.
You can always request copies of your medical records — dated before or after February 2, 2026 — by contacting your provider’s front office at (631) 288-7746.
