The Residency Program in Social Medicine (RPSM) at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital is a member institution of the New York Colleges of Osteopathic Medical Education Consortium (NYCOMEC) and accepts applications for third- and fourth-year osteopathic clerkships. Parking, cafeteria pass, on-call rooms, and housing are available to all program participants.
Despite the busy schedule and intense academics, students and residents find time to unwind and to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. In addition to patient care responsibilities, there is opportunity to teach and participate in community outreach programs that make the Hamptons such a very special location.
