Effective February 2, 2026, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Surgical Specialities, Edie Windsor Healthcare Center, Shinnecock Health Center, Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute, Westhampton Primary Care Center, Ellen Hermanson Breast Center and all Meeting House Lane Medical Practice sites will become part of the Stony Brook Medicine (SBM) MyHealthelife Patient Portal.
This will provide you with 24/7 access to view your Stony Brook Medicine healthcare records in the MyHealtheLife Patient Portal, including lab results, medications and more.
Please note that:
• Medical information dated on and after February 2, 2026 will be available to view in the SBM MyHealtheLife Patient Portal.
• Medical records dated before February 2, 2026 will not be accessible in the new SBM MyHealtheLife Patient Portal BUT can be viewed by signing into your practice site’s patient portal through July 31, 2026, after which the portal will be closed and unavailable.
• Copies of medical information whether occurring before and after February 2, 2026 can always be requested by calling your current provider’s office (scroll down for phone numbers).
• Self-enrollment in the SBM MyHealtheLife Patient Portal starts February 2, 2026 either online or through an invite from your provider’s office for patients over 18 years of age. If you are already enrolled in the SBM MyHealtheLife Patient Portal, you do not need to re-enroll. Enrollment for patients under 18 years of age could be setup during your physician visit.
