INTERESTED IN SCHEDULING A TELEHEALTH VISIT?
Here Is What You Need To Know:
Your Telehealth visit can be conducted using your computer/laptop, android phone or mobile apple devices.
- For an Android phone, use the Chrome browser
- For mobile apple devices, including iphone, use the Safari browser
- For computers/laptops, use may use either Chrome, Safari, for Firefox browsers
You will need access to your email from your computer or mobile device.
PLANNING FOR YOUR TELEHEALTH VISIT
Call your physician to schedule an appointment.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text that includes a link along with helpful tips.
The link will invite you to connect to our OTTO platform.
Once you connect, you will be requested to complete pre-visit requirements, including intake questions, consent name, and date of birth.
A maximum of 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, you will be admitted to a virtual waiting room.
