Important Shinnecock Health Center Patient Update:
Starting February 2, 2026, the Shinnecock Health Center will begin using the Stony Brook Medicine MyHealtheLife Patient Portal. This means you’ll have one easy place to see your health information anytime, 24/7.
The MyHealtheLife Portal will enable you to view lab results, medications and more in one convenient place.
If you received care at the Shinnecock Health Center before February 2, 2026, you can view your medical records through July 1, 2026, here: https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/shinnecockindianhealthservices-27708/portal/#/user/login until July 2, 2026 when this old portal will be permanently closed.
You can always request copies of your medical records — from before or after February 2, 2026 — by contacting your provider’s front office at (631) 287-6474
