On February 2, 2026, Shinnecock Health Center joins the Stony Brook Medicine MyHealtheLife Patient Portal allowing you to view your Shinnecock Health Center's lab results, medications and more in the Stony Brook Medicine My HealthelifePatient Portal.
To enroll in the Stony Brook Medicine MyHealtheLife Patient Portal visit: stonybrook.info/patientportal-sbm.
If you are already enrolled in the MyHealtheLife Patient Portal, you do do not need to re-enroll.
If you received care from Shinnecock Health Center before February 2, 2026, and were enrolled in the Shinnecock Health Center's patient portal, you can view those records here: https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/shinnecockindianhealthservices-27708/portal/#/user/login" until July 2, 2026 when that portal will be permanently closed.
