• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 can low sodium organic black or kidney beans
• 1 can low sodium corn
• 1 jar low sodium organic salsa
1. Lay chicken breasts flat across the bottom of the slow cooker. Add beans, corn and salsa on top. Set cooker to low, cover, and cook for 6 hours.
2. After 4 hours, remove the lid and pull apart the chicken with two forks. Stir the chicken and other ingredients. Cover and cook for the remaining two hours.
