Developed as a collaboration between the South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center and Stony Brook Southampton Hospital's Center for Parkinson's Disease, Explore SoFo offers individuals with Parkinson's Disease and their care partners unique access to the museum. Led by SoFo’s talented nature educators, the once monthly seminar will provide a broader appreciation of our natural world on the East End of Long Island.
