Description
As part of the Westhampton Library sponsored “Mini-Spa Days” at the West Hampton Dunes Barrier Beach Preservation Association House on Dune Road, Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Licensed Massage Therapist, Loretta Dalia, will provide ten-minute massages to all participants. Activities include a beach yoga session, breakfast, a lecture on the benefits of juicing, massage and a light spa lunch. Capacity limited. Cost: $25.
