Phase I- occurs before your discharged from the hospital. 

Phase II- soon after your event, offered at the hospital in an outpatient setting, typically covered by insurance. 

Phase III- Maintenance exercise program

Pulmonary rehabilitation is a medically supervised program designed to help people with chronic lung conditions improve their breathing, stamina, and daily function. Our team includes respiratory therapists, nurses, exercise physiologists, and physical therapists — all working together to help you feel more confident and in control of your breathing. Many patients find that the support, structure, and community they build here make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

Pulmonary Maintenance Exercise Program 

A self‑pay option for people who want a safe, supportive place to exercise — whether you’ve completed pulmonary rehabilitation or simply want guidance from a trained cardiopulmonary team. 

This program offers: 

  • Access to the same gym and equipment used during pulmonary rehab 
  • Staff present at all times in case you have symptoms or concerns 
  • A supportive community of people who understand your journey 
  • A structured routine that helps you stay consistent and confident 

This program is ideal for anyone who wants to stay active with the reassurance of trained staff nearby, even if they never participated in the formal pulmonary rehab program.
