Bone Strengthening for Mobility
Strengthen your muscles and bones and increase your mobility with weight bearing exercises, dumbbells, and resistance bands. All Fitness levels welcome. Clinical Benefits: Declining muscle is part of the aging process, this doesn’t mean it is inevitable, maintaining and strengthening decreases risk for injury. Core & Tone
This class focuses on the body as a whole to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and agility, as well as create a stronger core, improved mental well-being and a fuller range of motion...all while turning the abdominal muscles, lower back and hips into your body's powerhouse. Equine Therapy Series
Horses can offer an extraordinary amount of emotional support to those experiencing extreme stress and uncertainty. They have been found to be great consolers and are increasingly being used to help navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can improve fatigue, increase strength and flexibility and better prepare your body for the physical activity of grooming, and the essential skills of tacking your horse at CTree Center for Therapeutic Riding. Fit and Strong
Fit & Strong is an exercise program designed for cancer patients and those on their journey into survivorship. The class offers safe and effective exercises education that specifically address the deep tissue scarring from lymph node dissection, and range of motion limitations often a result of mastectomy procedures. Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on the core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall wellbeing. Resistance Band Training
Strength and muscle mass decrease as we age. This strength training class uses resistance bands for a full body workout that increases mobility while minimizing stress on `the joints. Acupuncture
From helping to alleviate simple aches and pains to aiding in the relief of a variety of health issues such as insomnia, menopause, anxiety, nausea and more, Acupuncture involves the stimulation of specific points on the body with fine, disposable needles or finger pressure. It works through the body’s nervous system and other mechanisms to relieve many physical ailments and emotional problems. Treatments last approximately one hour. The first treatment includes a thorough intake which involves the patient's medical history and an evaluation of the tongue and pulse. $100-$150 per session. Cardiac Rehab
This structured and monitored exercise and education program is geared toward those with heart conditions (or post procedure/surgery)where exercising in a safe and monitored setting under the supervision of clinical staff including RN/RRT/EP/PT/NP is needed to help ensure safe exercise practice. The goal of the program is to give people the confidence and knowledge to continue on their own. Typically a 3-4 month program. (Reimbursed through most insurance companies) Maintenance program offered to patients who do not qualify for insurance based programs or those who completed the monitored program. PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease) Rehab
This structured and monitored exercise and education program is geared toward those with circulation problems in their legs due to PAD. Patients are screened and evaluated for appropriate levels of exercise. Patients exercise in a safe and monitored setting under the supervision of clinical staff including RN/RRT/EP/PT/NP is needed to help ensure safe exercise practice. Patients in this program wear a heart monitor that is evaluated in real time by the cardiac rehab staff. The goal of the program is to enhance peoples ability to walk longer distance without pain as well as to give people the confidence and knowledge to continue on their own. Typically a 3-4 month program. (Reimbursed through most insurance companies) Maintenance program offered to patients who do not qualify for insurance based programs or those who completed the monitored program. Massage Therapy
Our professional staff of licensed massage therapists are fully certified in a variety of massage techniques to help treat your physical and emotional needs. Our massage and reflexology offerings include medical massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, reiki/healing touch, foot reflexology, cranial sacral therapy, and lymphedema therapy. Typical treatments last for 30 minutes to one hour and are offered in private massage therapy rooms. $100- One hour, $65- Half Hour. Call 631-726-8800 or request an appointment here! Our registered dieticians provides one-on-one counseling that focuses on dietary changes to improve your health. Pulmonary Rehab
This structured and monitored exercise and education program is geared toward those with lung, breathing conditions (or post procedure/surgery) as well as those with long covid. where exercising in a safe and monitored setting under the supervision of clinical staff including RN/RRT/EP/PT/NP is needed to help ensure safe exercise practice. Oxygen is provided if needed and is regularly checked during exercise. The goal of the program is to give people the confidence and knowledge to continue on their own and to improve quality of life. A Matter of Balance
Many older adults experience a fear of falling. People who develop this fear often limit their activities, which can result in physical weakness, making the risk of falling even greater. A Matter of Balance is a program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. It includes 8 two-hour sessions for a small group of 8-12 participants led by a trained facilitator. More detailed program information can be found here.
Participants will learn to:
- View falls as controllable
- Set goals for increasing activity
- Make changes to reduce fall risk at home
- Exercise to increase strength and balance
Otago Exercise Program
The Otago Exercise Program consists of 17 strength and balance exercises and a walking program and has been shown to decrease falls by up to 40%. This evidence-based program is offered one-on-one with certified physical therapists in Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s outpatient rehabilitation department.

Stepping On
Stepping On brings together the life experience of its participants and the expertise of community professionals. From the first session, participants put new skills to use. Group members set short term goals each week - goals that focus on life activities that are most important to them. Physical therapists, pharmacists and other experts help the group adapt fall prevention practices for individual needs and levels. It includes 7 two-hour sessions for a small group of 10-14 participants led by a trained facilitator. More detailed program information can be found here.
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a falls prevention program that uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi to help senior citizens improve their balance and increase their confidence in doing everyday activities.
This evidence-based program is proven to reduce falls and improve fitness and is designed for older adults who are interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength. More detailed program information can be found here.
Classes are led by a trained/certified instructor; twice a week for 60 minutes for 10 weeks

Dance for Parkinson’s
Dance for Parkinson’s is developed in collaboration with the Parrish Art Museum and designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Classes include live music and celebrate movement, creativity and community.
This program is offered at no charge thanks to support from the Parrish Art Museum.

EAT WELL with Parkinson’
EAT WELL with Parkinson’s is a nutritional education and cooking program developed in partnership with LTV of East Hampton. Taped monthly in front of a live studio audience, each episode explores food choices and wellness topics specific to people living with Parkinson’s disease and demonstrates easy-to-make, nutritious and delicious recipes. Join us as a live audience guest at our next filming on November 18, 1:30PM at LTV Studios in East Hampton.
Paint at the Parrish
Developed in collaboration with the Parrish Art Museum, Paint at the Parrish is an arts program designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. This monthly program includes gallery discussion and multi-media studio activities.

Qi Gong for Parkinson’s
Qi Gong for Parkinson’s follows the essence of Tai Chi principle and practice and is designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. This virtual introductory class is designed to accommodate all, and no prior experience is required. Class via Zoom.
Rock Steady Boxing
Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease. No prior boxing experience is required and we welcome all ages and fitness levels. RSB is offered both in-person and via Zoom.
Yoga for Parkinson’s
Yoga classes target unique postural and balance impairments, improving flexibility and strength, while fostering an overall sense of well-being. Yoga for Parkinson’s optimizes breathing, mindfulness and movement, utilizing a combination of seated and standing postures with chair modifications provided as needed. Classes are offered in-person and via Zoom.
