    SBSH in collaboration with the Cancer Hope Network provides one-on-one emotional peer support to any East End adult cancer patient and their loved ones. The program’s mission is to help provide comfort throughout every phase of treatment by matching patients with a cancer survivor who has experienced a similar journey.

BARIATRIC SURGERY WEIGHT LOSS
