The Meeting House Lane Medical Practice includes a wide range of expert specialists with convenient office locations throughout the South Fork of Long Island.

Electronic Health Record enables all physicians seen by the patient to coordinate care and progress, and each patient can access their medical record, and manage appointments, prescriptions, and bill payment through a private Patient Portal

The following specialties are represented: Allergy and Immunology, Bariatric Surgery, Breast Surgery, Family Practice, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Infectious Disease, Internal Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Osteopathy, Pelvic Health, Psychiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, General Surgery, General Vascular Surgery, and Women’s Health.. Meeting House Lane Medical Practice accepts most insurances including Medicaid/Medicare.

All 11 Primary Care and Internal Medicine locations have are certified Patient-Centered Medical Homes (level 3) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home program reflects the input of the American College of Physicians (ACP), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and others.
